** Please read to the end** Join me in making Sugar Cookie Snowflakes! The size is 60” square. For a custom quilt created by you, we're offering different options for you to choose from! The pattern includes preprinted templates on Traditional Primitives Wool Applique' and Needleturn Template Paper. You may purchase the pattern separately or it comes free with the purchase of a kit. Each kit choice is labeled on the picture to make it easier for you to choose the background you want. Hover over the photos of each product listing to see the fabric print enlarged. We have limited supply of each background offered so please don't dally in making your choice! Binding is included in the kits. As you decide on the background you’d like, notice the more primitive colored cream wool on the red picture with the cookie and the brighter ivory wool on the blue picture with the cookie. Be sure to add the color you like best to your cart. Notice the thread kit choices also. The cream thread matches the primitive cream wool and the ivory thread matches the brighter ivory wool. Please choose the notions you desire to make this project as fun as possible. **The Thread Kit will contain a wonderful glitzy gold or silver thread that is soft to the touch and easy to sew with. **The Ultimate Marking Pencil in white will help you line up the snowflakes nice and straight. **The Long Reach Stapler holds the pieces in place as we stitch with no pin ends to catch our threads on. I love it! **Choose Heat n Bond Lite Fusible Adhesive OR use a school glue stick to hold the shape onto the background. Whichever you choose, use the stapler along with it so the pieces don't pull away while you are handling the project and stitching. **The pattern contains the preprinted Needle Turn and Wool Applique Freezer Paper that you will need for the blocks when using the glue stick method explained in the pattern. If you'd like more for other projects be sure to choose it and add to your cart. **Missie's Favorite Thimbles are great to use with this larger sized needle. These are cut to size and reusable. **Missie's Wool Applique’ Needles are suggested if you are choosing the non sparkly thread kit as they glide through the cotton and wool with ease. You’ll need some chenille 24 needles if you plan to use both threads as shown. **We'll be using 2 threads at once so the Roxanne Needle Threader is recommended Be sure to glance over the other notions on the Wool Notions Tab to see if there is anything else you need. Especially the beautiful clear and sparkly Sewing Keeper boxes to hold these supplies close at hand in a beautiful way to entice you to sew daily!
