My first block assignment was "dog" and as I searched French Farm Dogs, the most popular pup was the French Bulldog. It seems most of them are named Frenchie, so that's what I named this sweet little farm pup and his little farm buddy is Chickie! What a fun little block! My second topic was Lavender... and French Lavender is so beautiful and elegant... I hope you enjoy this little stitching project!

If you'd like to add a fat quarter of wool for backings, be sure to add it to your cart as well for $6.50. This will be a light colored plaid wool to blend with the shades of the blocks, similar to what is shown around Frenchie and Chick on the pattern cover above.
